Following graduate school and a short career coaching high school baseball, Trent started his wine and spirits career in sales with the Gallo Winery. Over the next 23 years, Trent worked in various roles of distributor sales and management with Gallo, Glazer’s Wholesale in Arkansas and Republic National Distributing in Pensacola, Florida. In September of 2020, after working as Business Development Manager for Gallo managing Arkansas and Mississippi, Trent joined the Empire team as Vice President/General Manager responsible for Chattanooga. He is married to his wife, Barbre, and enjoys golf, boating and hunting.
