Pat was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, and earned his degree in marketing from the University of Florida. After college, Pat worked for E&J Gallo Winery across the Southeast in roles from field marketing to distributor sales management. Prior to becoming the President of Empire Distributors of Tennessee, Pat has navigated through various leadership roles within Retail Wine and Retail Spirits, including 5 years as President of Empire Distributors of Georgia. Pat is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and when not spending time with his wife and two sons, you can find him on the little league field coaching youth sports.

Matt was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO but headed down south to earn his degree in Business Marketing and Communications from Florida State University. Matt started his career in the Alcohol Beverage industry in 2010, holding several sales and leadership positions within Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. and Breakthru Beverage Group. He also spent several years with the E&J Gallo Winery, managing their Spirits and Wine business in the state of Florida. Most recently, Matt lead the Retail Wine team for Empire Distributors in Atlanta, GA before taking the position of General Manager in Nashville. Matt and his wife Bri are proud parents of two daughters and, in his time away from work, he can be found spending time with his family, playing golf and traveling.
